Initially, we will meet with you to discuss your concerns and needs. What kind of industry you’re in and where you want to go. We will determine if your present accounting software is meeting your needs or if our online software with 24 hour access will be a better solution. With a minimal setup charge, we can take your current information and reload it into our system and then give you access through the internet with a secure portal.

How secure is my financial data online?

First and foremost, PCS follows all GAAP and AICPA guidelines for accounting policies and procedures. We do not and will not disclose personal or corporate information with anyone under any circumstances. We are bound by the same ethical practices as are CPA’s and lawyers. Online, our software is protected with the very latest technology and our IT technician routinely provides quality maintenance to ensure that your financial data is protected. How can I afford this?

The better question is, how can you not afford this? PCS is basically a subcontractor and we pay all payroll and benefit costs associated with our staff. You will receive a biweekly invoice from our office. If there is an extraordinary amount of travel, then an additional mileage fee at standard IRS rates will apply. But otherwise, we are stress free addition to your present staff.

What is the cost of a job that went out of control in the first 2 months and no one knew it?

Our job cost reports, with your input, will help prevent this kind of oversight, thereby giving you the opportunity to stop the bleeding.

What can I expect from your technicians?

PCS techs are enthusiastic, proactive, trustworthy and reliable. We will integrate seamlessly into your current staff and become an invaluable part of your team. We may have situations where a tech is on vacation or sick leave, but you will not be affected by that loss time. We are cross-trained so that these types of problems are easily navigated. We will meet or exceed your company needs.

How often are you available for my company?

PCS handles most companies online and in-house. We send a courier out to pick up your source work and then deliver any paychecks, reports or compilations as you direct. We are also available to meet with you and your staff for special meetings such as; cost to complete job report meetings, WIP meetings, staff meetings, etc. We will require an opportunity to plan for the meeting so that our schedule is not in conflict with anyone else.
